Excellent spraying properties with all materials, e.g. copper, zinc, zinc / aluminium 85/15, aluminium, alu-bronze, alu-nickel, alu-magnesium, chromnickel, ferrous alloy etc. Spraying of all electrical conductive wires and flux-cored wires with max. achievable deposition rate of 6 up to 30 kg / h depending on material and spraying system.
The use of flux-cored wires enables besides materials as carbon steel, chrom and high-alloyed steel also the spraying of hard materials.

Technical information
The control concept of the Virtual Machine allows the user to configurate the power source completely new in static and dynamic with a cyclic time of 50 μS.
The parameter for static and dynamic are selectable in real time text in physical values thus is given a 100% reproducibility of the process control.
These parameter enable the simple optimisation of the power source characteristics for varying conditions.
In conventional power sources static and dynamic are located in the configuration and the coupling of transformer and throttle so that these parameter are defined unchangeable in the hardware.
