INVERTER POWER SOURCE SAW/MAG POWER SOURCE DC/AC:
- Secondary switching (e.g. galvanic isolation from the mains, extended mains voltage range and air cooling)
- Low DC voltage at the power unit (90 V DC)
- Residual ripple in submerged arc operation (constant current <0.1%)
- Optimum current modulation for higher process speeds
- Best possible welding quality in all process phases (UP / MAG)
- Modular switch cabinet configuration
- Custom equipment and power for your requirements
PROCESS STABILITY IN SUBMERGED ARC WELDING:
Measurement of the wire tension in the contact tube improves process stability in submerged arc welding by eliminating contact resistance. This contributes to far more precise control intervention, in which all connection lines and contact resistors are hidden. This undistorted access to the process events means that control of the arc is smoother and more consistent, ultimately achieving the best possible results.
