Our fully automated process control with pulsed direct current in wire arc spraying delivers optimum current modulation for higher process speeds and the best possible spray quality in all phases. DC pulse and AC pulse technologies also increase the gun feed / application rate and produce homogeneous, pore-minimised layers. The technology is also characterised by targeted particle separation, lower process emissions and an energy reduction of up to 30% when compared to conventional power sources.
